One of the most frequent questions I receive as a sex therapist is how to stimulate the prostate for maximum sexual pleasure. The good news is that once you have mastered stimulation of the male G-spot with the prostate hand massage technique, you will experience astonishing, full-body orgasms that last longer than the best of regular orgasms.
Where is the Male G-spot?
The prostate gland is located in the front wall of the rectum just below the bladder. It is a chestnut-sized gland that secretes prostatic fluid, which combines with seminal fluid and sperm to create semen. Nerves that control the sexual organs, including those controlling erection, orgasm and ejaculation, meet at the prostate and perineum.
How to Stimulate the Prostate
The prostate gland contains numerous nerve endings that are very sensitive to touch. You will need lots of lubricant because the tissue in this area is very delicate. It also helps to be as relaxed as possible.
Begin by gently massaging the area in a circular motion. Most men enjoy being masturbated at the same time. You can either use a prostate massager or the manual-finger method for gentle penetration.
The male g-spot will only increase in sensitivity during direct stimulation. Techniques include rubbing all over the gland or making a pulsing motion. As arousal deepens the prostate gland swells as the blood vessels expand. Orgasms are intense and are not necessarily accompanied by ejaculation.
Important Considerations
1. Hygiene is important and many sex manuals recommend the use of surgical gloves to prevent bacteria transferring from dirty fingernails or residue faeces. Surgical gloves can be bought from any pharmacy.
2. Water-based lubricants are usually best for any kind of penetrative sex. Test for allergies before use.
3. Pressing the prostate gland may give the sensation of wanting to urinate, but it will not actually happen.
4. Always check with your doctor when you first learn how to stimulate the prostate, especially if you have any concerns about prostate health.
